• You must be 18 years of age or older to rent a jet ski.

• If you are 14-17 years old, you must be accompanied by an adult. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 14 years old to rent a jet ski.

• Any motorized boat operator born on or after January 1, 1988, operating a boat of 10 hp or more is required by Florida law to pass a boater safety course and to carry a boater education card. 

 

• Take the boat test:https://www.boat-ed.com/floridarental/  Everyone must show proof prior to riding.         ​​

​

• Damages to the jet ski/boat will be your responsibility to pay for repairs. ​
